Ashley Prince, MA Candidate, LMHC Intern

Ashley Prince Ashley (she/her) is a master's level LMHC intern, studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University, with an expected completion date of June 2026. She is interning under the supervision of Shannon Tait, LMFT, GMHS, AAMFT Approved Supervisor. 

Ashley brings a rich blend of academic, professional, and life experience to her work as a therapist. With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a background in performance assessment and human development, Ashley has long been dedicated to understanding what helps people grow, adapt, and thrive. As a parent, she understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of raising children and navigating the many stages of family life. 

Ashley uses an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. She is attuned to the complexities of human connection and the importance of safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship. Whether supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, she works collaboratively to help clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful change. 


Ashley works with clients ages 18 and up of all different cultures, identities, orientations, and backgrounds.

Ashley is in network with Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan of WA, and Aetna insurances, as well as private pay $40 per 1 hour session.
