We look forward to speaking with you and are ready to help you with anything you need. Our business office hours are 9AM- 5 PM. However, many of our therapists offer evening and weekend hours.

We are committed to your privacy. Do not include confidential or private information regarding your health condition in this form or any other form found on this website. This form is for general questions or messages to the practitioner.

Our office is located in the Village Square Complex. The main double doors lock at 7:30 PM Monday-Friday, they are locked on the weekends. If you have an appointment after 7:30 PM or on the weekend your therapist will come out to meet you and let you in. There is an additional set of doors up the stairwell on the side of the building facing NE 85th St. These doors are unlocked for our later evening and weekend appointments.
