INTERNSHIPS: We are currently not accepting Practicum or Internship placements. We will begin accepting placements again on October 1st for Winter 2027. 

Blooming Leaf Counseling, a small-but-growing group private practice in Redmond, is looking for full-time or part-time mental health therapists to join our practice; to work with couples, families, and individuals, providing culturally competent counseling services to members of our community struggling with mental health concerns. We serve the Redmond, WA area and other communities nearby. The ideal candidate will be a fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Psychologist with an active license in the State of Washington; however, Associate level providers may also be considered.

We are a primarily insurance-based practice, and we will work to get you paneled with the insurance companies we accept within our group.

Experience working in private practice and an active CAQH account are a plus, but not required. This is a W2 employee position.

Job Expectations:

· Therapist is to provide counseling services to members in the community using a variety of treatment modalities and appropriate specialties.

· Therapist would be required to perform in-person and telehealth therapy with clients averaging about five to six clients per day.

· Therapist will be able to complete paperwork in a timely manner, approximately 24-72 hours.

· Therapist will be able to accurately as possible assess and diagnosis clients.

· Therapist will be able to accurately evaluate client's needs and provide appropriate treatment based on those needs.

· Therapist will be able to provide ethical and inclusive treatment modalities.

· Therapist will be able to adapt to change and comfortable with learning EHR, email, zoom, and other electronic platforms as used in the practice.

· Therapist will be comfortable talking with clients about insurance and billing issues as requested by owner/biller.

We are a flexible and friendly work environment looking to build a fun team of therapists. Ideal candidate will want to work with a collaborative team and want to be involved in office environment.

· A steady stream of referrals

· Pay is commission-based ranging from 40%-55% depending on experience and license

· A medical biller to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims

· 2 hours per month paid case consultation

· Paid sick leave

· 2 hours per month paid monthly paperwork time

· Admin to help organize scheduling and initial client paperwork

· If fully licensed, will panel with insurance companies we accept

· If associate licensed and work full time supervision is provided

Requirements are:

*Current state of Washington license as a LMFT, LMHC, LMFTA, LMHCA, LICSW, LICSWA
* Willing to work at least 18-25 hours per week. Recommended full-time caseload of 25-28 clients per week.
*Prior private practice experience is a plus
*Active CAQH and OneHealth port (if licensed) is a plus

Required Education:

· Master's Degree or Doctorate in clinical mental health counseling or related field
