Elise integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence based approaches to support clients in ways that fit their individual needs. Her style is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping people feel genuinely understood. Before becoming a therapist, Elise spent more than a decade in pastoral ministry, where she witnessed how deeply people long to be heard and valued. That experience continues to shape her work today. She listens with intention, seeks to understand each person’s perspective, and helps clients recognize the strengths they already carry to navigate life’s challenges.
Elise works with individuals, couples, and families on concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. She is especially passionate about supporting people who are grieving a wide range of life events—whether the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a job. Grief can feel isolating and overwhelming, and Elise cares deeply about walking alongside clients so they don’t have to navigate that experience alone. She is committed to helping people reconnect with themselves and strengthen the relationships that matter most in their lives.
Elise works with clients ages 15 and up of all different cultures, identities, orientations, and backgrounds.
