Lynda works with individuals ages 18+, couples, and families. She has extensive experience working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges (divorce, family conflict, or estrangement), and various life transitions. She particularly enjoys supporting individuals who are motivated for change and who can share in humor with her to support their healing. She welcomes and embraces those from all cultures, identities, faiths, and orientations.
Lynda is client-centered and focuses on supporting her clients to feel heard and understood in a safe and judgment-free space. She believes that many of the elements that impact one’s mental health stem from relational issues and fully believes that one should be able to exercise autonomy over their life in order to have a healthy relationship with themselves and others in their life. Lynda pulls from a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Developmental Model for Relational therapy, to provide care to her clients in a way that can be tailored and individualized based on each person’s needs.
Lynda works Monday-Friday and occasionally offers evening appointments upon request.

Lynda is in network with some insurance plans but does not accept all insurance plans so please call your insurance to check if she is covered in your plan.
