Sophie is currently trained in EMDR and integrates attachment theory into her work. She is passionate about helping individuals explore their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion, honoring all the unique parts that make them who they are. As a neurodivergent therapist, Sophie understands the vulnerability that comes with therapy and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all identities, orientations, and cultures.
Before entering the counseling field, Sophie worked in both the tech and service industries, experiences that deepened her understanding of stress, burnout, and the mind-body impact of high-pressure environments. She connects easily with people from diverse backgrounds and life stages, meeting each person with authenticity and empathy.
Sophie supports clients in understanding how early experiences shape their relationships, values, and sense of self. Through this work, clients can begin to process the past, find steadiness in the present, and move toward a more aligned and authentic future.
Sophie works with individuals ages 15 and up of all different cultures, identities, orientations, and backgrounds.
Sophie is in network with Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan of WA, and Aetna insurances
