Zosia Whittaker, MSW, LICSW

Zosia Whittaker Zosia graduated with a Master’s of Social Work from McGill University (Canada) in 2008. Her training had a strong emphasis on Couples and Family and she completed her thesis on the topic of spirituality in medical family therapy. She worked as a medical social worker in various hospitals and community hospice with patients of all ages and their families until her family moved to Washington in 2015. 

Zosia's primary modalities include person-centered care with strengths based, systemic, and trauma informed perspectives. She works primarily with clients managing anxiety, depression and complex trauma (particularly related to chronic illness or caregiving for a family member with a chronic diagnosis).   

She is a bilingual French-Canadian speaker and enjoys working with clients who speak English as a second language, recent immigrants, and refugees.  




Zosia works with individuals and families ages 14 and up of all different cultures, identities, orientations, and backgrounds. 

Zosia is in network with some insurance plans but does not accept all insurance plans so please call your insurance to check if she is covered in your plan.
