The Administrative Team
Sarah Chancey, Billing
I have been working in the mental health environment for the past 5 years as an office administrator and biller. During this time, I have learned how to best support our diverse clientele by helping them navigate and understand their insurance, including their out-of-pocket expenses, setting up appointments, and assisting with communication between client and therapist. I have great respect for our client’s therapeutic journey, and my goal is to assist our therapists to the best of my ability, so each therapist can provide our clients with the best possible care.
Becca Dallain, Administration
Becca was born and raised in Washington and enjoys traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest since she was a baby in a hiking pack. Being outside in nature, at the ocean or lake, her vegetable garden, and baking are her top loves in life. Becca is married with two boys, and most of the time you will find them at the hockey rink. She is a trained and practicing Massage Therapist, with an administrative background, and enjoys being a part, however minuscule, in someone's journey in healing.
